Nicious Spranim (ver. 0.5.0) How to use

[ Before making sprite ]

This software requires "sprmake2.exe"(maybe packed in MUGEN 1.0).
And it is recommended to set Spranim option.

1. Run Spranim. "sprmake2 Path" is in "Options" tab. Fill it.





[ Using Spranim ]

1. First, move to "Project" tab. Where is your png files? Set "Character Sprite".
Other settings are def file's setting sprmake2 recognises. If you want to know these option's behavior, read documents of sprmake2.




2. In "SFF" tab, your png files are listed in "PNG File List".
double click to fill "File" edit box.
"Add Sprite" to create new sprite. Controls in blue area are linked to current sprite.



Bit depth (Colors) must be equal to palette's or sprmake2 causes an error.




2. Registration of palette is in "Palette" tab. The method is same to sprite's.
To check selecting palette's detail, click loupe button.




4. "Export to SFF" in "File" Menu saves def file, and run sprmake2 instantly.
If you registerd a lot of sprites, wait patiently.



A few minutes on your using is better way to learn.
Compared from MCM and FF, Adding Sprite/Palette may be a little confusing. sorry...

Press left or right key to move 1 pixel of X Axis or Y Axis. With shift key, move 10 pixel.
If freezed in exporting sff file, color setting may be wrong.
Same Group and Image(Palette) of Sprite(Palette) fails to complete sprmake2.
